Express Service Auto Glass

I had to get my windshield replaced after a rock cracked it on the highway, and Express Service Auto Glass made the whole process incredibly easy. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the installation much faster than I expected. The new glass looks perfect, and they made sure all the sensors and cameras were working properly before leaving. What really stood out was how professional and friendly the technician was throughout the appointment. The pricing was fair, there were no surprise charges, and the quality of the work was excellent. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Express Service Auto Glass.

I had a crack in my windshield and found Morena here in San Francisco. From the first message, they were incredibly kind and easy to talk to. It didn’t feel like a typical transaction — it felt like I was dealing with genuinely good people who care about what they do. They told me they’ve had the company for over 14 years, and you can really see that in their work. The repair came out clean, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate not just the quality of the work, but the way they treat their customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs windshield repair.

Our rear windshield broke late around 9pm on a Thursday. I used Yelp to send out requests for quotes to multiple companies in hopes to have it repaired as soon as possible. Express Service Auto Glass was the first to respond and with a very reasonable price. As the night went on and into the following day, I received other quotes, some lower but most much high than what Express Service offered. Express Service was able to fit me in for a mobile appointment on Friday with a window of 10:30-12:30pm. They arrived at 12:30pm and were very professional. We left them in our garage as they completed the job, and even verified if we needed a parking pass that was stuck onto our previous windshield. They completely cleaned up the old windshield/glass, and our new one was spotless. They gave my husband some quick instructions; e.g. no washing for 3 days, and they were on their way. The rear windshield looks and works great. We haven't had any issues yet, and will be bringing it in for its first wash since. Express Service also has a warranty for the work, and they were super responsive over Yelp. Would absolutely recommend them to others and use them again.

Excellent customer service by Morena. They were the first to respond to my quote requests when I needed it urgently. When I got there they answered all my questions and provided me with a in-detailed quote through e-mail. I believe their quotes are very fair and I highly recommend their services for windshield repairs.

Amazing experience! Got broken car’s windshield and whoever broke it they stole my bicycle. I was stressed on having the rear windshield broken plus the bicycle stolen but took action and wanted to h have the windshield fixed asap. Searched on google and yelp and this auto glass repair showed up! The windshield was fixed in 3 hours! And is the original windshield not those cheap ones that other shops put on. Definitely worth 5+ stars! Thanks again!
